how to make an awesome galaxy effect

This is what it’ll look like:

Step 1

Make a new Image. I used 300 X 300

Step 2.

Use the bucket tool to make the background solid black

Step 3.

Go to brushes and select the sparks

Step 4.

adjust the size. I used 1.43

Step 5.

To add color to the blank the sparks use the “Circle Fuzzy 17” brush

Step 6.

Pick your color.

Step 7.

tap around lightly.

Step 8.

VOILA!
